"Excellent experience. Saved me a bunch of money and offered excellent services and friendly advice. Edit - at first my review was accurate but as the months ticked away I received letters non stop from my mortgage company because they never received the policy from State Farm. On top of that when it was finally emailed it was never received and State Farm never followed up with them. I am now less than 2 weeks from State Farm dropping my home owners insurance because they never checked to see if it was received. The worst thing I ever did was change the home owners insurance policy. This is one of the worst experiences I ever had and it has caused me such anxiety going back and forth. Some people forget that I am the customer and should not have to go back and forth with the insurance and mortgage company."
